Fine Art

When I paint, I’m striving to tell both a truth and a lie (a little white one). Creating and arranging what is and what could be.

My paintings primarily focus on my experience living in and visiting the mountain valleys of the western United States. Over time I’ve grown to appreciate the simple beauty of my surroundings, especially that which is disappearing as time marches on. In painting I seek to find and bring joy to others, to get people to look more closely at their surroundings, and to see things with new eyes.
